This wound down, I'm calling it done.

Thank you everyone who played smile

-----

I shoot a lot of Polaroids. Recently I've been using some expired Polaroid 669 film, which I love and is no longer produced.

https://www.modelmayhem.com/portfolio/pic/18479053
https://www.modelmayhem.com/portfolio/pic/18479071 - 18+

I only have about 100 exposures left of this film and I'm very picky about how I use it. So the question is, would I use that Polaroid film to shoot you?

I'm likely to say No to a lot of people, so don't be shocked if that happens smile But I'll give some feedback either way.

I think so, yeah smile I've seen your port before, I remember this shot:

And this is lovely:

Your ink could be real nice with the tones of that film too.

Hey smile

You're definitely not a no smile You look really lovely from some of the shots in your port. This is great:

https://modelmayhm-2.vo.llnwd.net/d1/photos/100927/10/4ca0cec888951_m.jpg

My reservation is that you're not as experienced as most of the models I shoot with. And along with that, some of the images in your port aren't that strong technically, it's even tough to get a sense of what you look like in some of them.

I might want to meet with you first, and possibly shoot some tests. But you're someone who looks to have a lot of potential, I could see working with you smile

You're welcome smile If I can give you some advice, I really think that you could be working with some stronger photographers, even with being newer. It's going to be trade with them most likely, you might even consider paying someone if they're really good. I know it seems counter-productive if you're trying to get paid to shoot, but you get the better shots in your port and then hopefully book more work because of it. Your port is your tool.

I'm sure I'd want to shoot if we're ever in the same place. Let me know if you ever come to Portland smile

I would definitely shoot with you smile I'm not sure about using the Polaroid film. You have some images I like and some I'm not so crazy about. This is probably my favorite:

I think I just sense some lack of comfort in some of your images. Perhaps they're older ones, i didn't look real close at the dates smile

I think I'd want you to have more experience before I'd shoot you with that extince Polaroid film. I could see shooting digital stuff with you for sure.

Hi smile I've seen your port before, maybe when I was browsing. I'm in Portland.

Your port is really hit and miss to me. There are some shots I really like a lot, like this:

https://modelmayhm-5.vo.llnwd.net/d1/photos/090111/12/496a59462f871_m.jpg

And then there are some that leave me kind of scratching my head, like this:

https://modelmayhm-5.vo.llnwd.net/d1/photos/100713/16/4c3cfd4892593_m.jpg

I'm just not sure what the point of including that in your port is? What are you trying to show with it?

I could definitely see shooting some digital stuff with you to see what we'd get. I don't feel blown away enough by your port to agree to throw down with some of those last 100 Polaroids smile

Probably no on the Polaroids, just because I feel you're a little inexperienced. You have some really cute shots but some of them feel stiff to me, a bit forced.

But you're really adorable smile

I'd definitely shoot some digital and maybe even some less rare film with you smile It would be fun to see if I could get something more natural out of you. I bet we could, you seem to be fun and have a good attitude.

Hi smile

I'm not sure that you really fit the body of work to me that I'm using the Polaroids for. I'd probably have to say no. But I am really considering doing some work that's more erotic/fetish oriented down the road, and you seem stronger at those images smile

I think my favorite is:

Hi smile Yeah you're definitely not someone experienced enough that I'd want to take a chance with that film on. But I like your look, I think you're really cute.

https://modelmayhm-6.vo.llnwd.net/d1/photos/101011/10/4cb342f6d9138_m.jpg

I think the big thing for you is just relaxing and getting more comfortable. Some of that will probably come from experience. I'd encourage you to try to shoot a lot, the more you do it the less of a big deal it'll seem like, and the less pressure you'll put on yourself. Relaxing and having fun is what you need to do.

Your hands seem really awkward in a lot of the shots. I'm not great with posing, but that's something I'd try to get some advice on smile

Yeah I would, no second thought. I'm not sure if you're aware of it but I'm a big fan of your work. I saw you first on Zivity, I loved the stuff I saw that you did with Corwin. I think you've shot with some other people I know.
