I love this weather....however.... why is it every attractive model that we would LOVE to work with... come out of the wood work when the pool starts getting soooo cold so you cant go into the water and shoot underwater  ... grrrr..

But hello everyone.. Ed's surgery is coming up Friday.. good thoughts and prayers would be appreciated... second time around and he is gimping around as his left knee is blown out .. bummer but has to be done...

Other than Ed's knees ... things have been good at the Edwin's... finally cutting the huge live oak branches over the screened pool area so we can have no further redo of our pool screens....

planning our next trip to see some friends in BonAire.. gotta love those salt mines....always fun and productive... met some very cool and fun different type people lately... keeps the creative juices flowing... despite all the dismal economic woes that this ...ah hem... administration  and congress political turmoil. bring us Americans..... things are going fairly well...

looking forward to a new grandchild (second) in January ... Wedding in May for my daughter .. uhhh.. grandchild is my sons'...lol...not that there is anything wrong with things out of order...

Happy life to all and Carl hope your birthday was a good one... Chris... be safe on the road... and to all other Orlando crew and Tampans.....  hope life is good to all and a healthy one... I personally am getting every elective procedure done before  2014... you know deductable met and all that...

later all..

I was watching "Chasing Classic Cars" last night, and they had a family whose father had one of the original 10 1967 NART Ferraris, they sold it at auction for a cool $27.5 million  .  .  .  I better go check out in da garage, and make sure Jake isn't hidin' one of the other 9 out there  .  .  .  wink

I am putting things together for my next project. Where is a good place in the Tampa or St. Pete area where there is a marina with yachts or boats.

The biggest marina is downtown St. Pete
Central Avenue and Beach Drive
It's pretty big
And lots of little park areas right around it too

I already see an obstacle- these marinas I fenced off. Might be common in heavily populated areas.

yep st. pete pier or also tierra verde area has lots of docked boats smile but theyre both fenced

theres the dock in sarasota not too far from st. armands...Marina Jack.... and thats a docking marina without a fence.. ive shot there and some of the boat owners even offered to let us shoot aboard wink

I see some fences are open at the Marina Jack. I guess they have a schedule set for some fences to remain open. Its quite a trip down there though.

If you're shooting at Island Park, part of Marina Jacks there are no fences. Plus you have the park area. Best of both.

I never printed my own pictures back in the film day

But this looks like the kind of thing JoeyK would know all about and used to do in his competition days

In fact she has a little band of models that all run together over that way
They are all very active and pretty good

Amy: https://www.facebook.com/AmyNicole82
Candice: https://www.facebook.com/modelcandicemarie
Amber Quinn: https://www.facebook.com/amber.quinn.946
Christie Love: https://www.facebook.com/ModelChristieLove

Not sure how "Biker Chic" she is, but she has just an amazing look

Blair Quinn is over that way, and she is kinda edgy looking
