1 week left as of tomorrow... Unfortunately my check won`t arrive and me be in town in time to do that super serious shopping we spoke of(you never got back to me which of the L series primes would be a wide angle variety, right now leaning twards the 24 1.4 as I have a 50 and 85 for primes.... which would be a killer trio. Then let the 70-200 2.8 be my outdoors natural light workhorse)

Anyone who picks up tomorrow's (Friday) TBT may recognize the adorable belly of Dazey on the front cover! I painted her to illustrate the stories they're running that day. Should be articles inside on NudeNiteTampa, tattoo events & other items relating to bare skin; it's the Skin Issue! The editor said she wanted "edgy", so we'll see how much of Dazey they crop & how much they leave in! Please enjoy our latest tear sheet!

On your camera, 35 has the perspective of a 50mm on film, the 24mm about 39mm on film... So neither will be as wide as their numbers imply but the 24 will be a closer to a true wide angle.. I'd try before I laid down that money..

When I get back that way we should do lunch.... Been ages.... Same here....... Though I think I`ll be seeing Bri at the Iron Maiden show....
I`m thinking the 24 as I think the 50 covers what the 35 would..
And from what Ed was telling me I could be in some tight spaces where I would need the shortest glass possible

You could also go with the 14mm L.. You're looking at a perspective of about 22.5 mm. This is also a 2.8 lens..

Getting super wide will distort your subjects to various degrees.

I kinda am looking for something where I can get full body shots at a relatively close range as well for some commercial/ lifestyle stuff I will be doing much more of.... the 28 was so blurry for this it was useless...

Clicked on a Yahoo sports page story yesterday and my browser got hijacked by a virus! $358.00 later my computer is over at best buy getting the 911 service to get it clean but I won't get it back until 24 "Business Hours". I have no idea how it happened, I was running AVG at the time too!
