There are too many beautiful people all over the place, so whatever a photographer is looking for can be found by something as simple as going out to be social. Who knows you could introduce some new faces to MM or whatever. It beats shooting with a model who is on MM that may not even be worth what their ego tricks them to believe.

Dizeman wrote: How can anyone argue with that? Lol! Takes no balls, no character, nothing to sit and say, "You are so full of shit your eyes must be brown." Doesn't require anything at all, cost you nothing to sit and say such things at someone else's expense. That's the Weasel way... you spit and spew "You are so full of shit your eyes must be brown." You simply don't have a clue! It is impossible for you to and yet you cannot imagine that you might not. My bio is factual. Not special, but factual, it's not full of shit just because you need it to be so. But I predicted that rather than visit a website of someone on the list, drop them a message and validate what I have said, you would rather sit and declare some insight that you just do not have with your "You are so full of shit your eyes must be brown." nonsense. Again... it was predictable! You are one of those who would walk ten miles to spew "You are so full of shit your eyes must be brown." but not an inch to discover you are wrong. It's okay! I understand! EASY to say NOBODY KNOWS YOUR NAME, then refuse any evidence you are wrong. Hell Brent Muscat of Faster Pussycat knows my name. http://a8.sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos- … 2603_n.jpg I said Bruce Kulick of KISS knows my name. http://a6.sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos- … 7049_n.jpg Vince Neil of Motley Crue knows my name. (I'm the one with the DOO... it's my DIZEMAN COSTUME, I would laugh and my friends would know how funny I find that to be, but here... getting to know me and my sense of humor is not likely to happen.) http://photos1.meetupstatic.com/photos/ … 58676.jpeg http://photos4.meetupstatic.com/photos/ … 58643.jpeg http://photos2.meetupstatic.com/photos/ … 58587.jpeg When I shot these photos for him... http://photos2.meetupstatic.com/photos/ … 58571.jpeg http://photos2.meetupstatic.com/photos/ … 58577.jpeg Todd Kerns, bass player for SLASH on a world tour RIGHT NOW knows my name. I would think being a Canadian you would know who Todd is. http://dizeman.com/bands/norma/0009_tod … _norma.jpg http://a6.sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos- … 2257_n.jpg http://a5.sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos- … 1298_n.jpg When I shot this cover of Vegas Rocks Magazine for him, he knew my name. http://toxiclollipop.com/vraprilcover/vraprilcover.jpg When I shot his CD COVER, in fact, he knows me quite well. http://dizeman.com/cd/sinners_CD_cover_withcredits.jpg http://photos2.meetupstatic.com/photos/ … 05843.jpeg REGARDING THE PAPARAZZI SNARK.... Here is a video of me working, you will notice I am not standing behind a rope, I am on-stage, alone, no other photographers shooting from the sound booth photographing Vinny Appice, drummer for Black Sabbath/Ozzy Ozbourne, Todd Kerns bass player for SLASH, Brent Muscat founder of Faster Pussycat. http://dizeman.com/dizemanworking/ Eric Dover, guitarist for Alice Cooper knows my name. http://a6.sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos- … 8604_n.jpg http://dizeman.com/bands/april_9_eric_d … izeman.jpg http://dizeman.com/bands/april_9_eric_d … izeman.jpg In fact, I know there are no facts that would satisfy your fetish to sit and yell "You are so full of shit your eyes must be brown." with nothing to substantiate your spew and spit, but... IN FACT... every name I have posted on my BIO knows who I am dare you bother to ask, but that's just now your intent is it? NASA.... BULLSHIT? My CREDS, SAME ONES SECRET SERVICE IS WEARING. (My wife and I TOP LEFT) (Secret Service and George Pinky Nelson Discovery STS-26 Astronaut signing my son's coloring book.) http://dizeman.com/nasa/nasa_staff_photo.jpg My Secret Service Lapel pin and NASA Creds are the same Mission CREDS Secret Service and in fact... President George Bush is wearing. http://a4.l3-images.myspacecdn.com/imag … 33c0/l.jpg But don't let details like that get in the way of your yelling "You are so full of shit your eyes must be brown." WHY BOTHER? WHY SIT AND DEFEND MY BIO.... because it's my history, my career, my background you so moronically piss on with no foundation whatsoever other than you, YOU, have some sick need to sit and spew "You are so full of shit your eyes must be brown." as though there was some foundation to that remark. There isn't! I posted a BIO which is FACTUAL. When someone comments they cannot find anyone who knows my name. I post references and links to those who do. I knew in the beginning nothing would be good enough for those whom have decided they know what they cannot possibly know. Talk about ARROGANCE and POMPOSITY.... How pompous is it to spit and spew "You are so full of shit your eyes must be brown." when you cannot possibly know what you are talking about. I've had a long and prosperous career, done quite well and YES! there are people who know my name, including, but not limited to those I posted in my bio. What part of that you imagine to be "You are so full of shit your eyes must be brown." is hard to comprehend. As I said, the names on the list, many are clients, all know my name. So I don't know what BULLSHIT you imagine you have some INSIGHT into, but you don't have a clue... you just don't. I don't know, maybe you live in SCRATCHYERASS, OKLAHOMA or something and don't run into the same opportunities we do here in Las Vegas. Someone suggested that to me. They said, "Perhaps based on their lives, their location, their experiences they cannot imagine such things happen on a regular basis, so they have to imagine they do not." I don't know, but it sure is STRANGE that my bio pissed a few off so much that they spew IGNORANT NONSENSE like "You are so full of shit your eyes must be brown." It's just not the case, not even because you cannot imagine it to be any other way. There's no bullshit in my bio, except having to sit here and defend my life experiences, career in photography, my character to someone who has some NEED to spew things like You are so full of shit your eyes must be brown." . We're done with this bullshit! It's not UNTRUE, because you cannot imagine it to be true. My bio is FACTUAL, because it IS regardless of what you OR EVEN I believe, it's just a histrionic of my life, nothing more than that except in this forum apparently. Spew all you want at this point, I addressed the issues, I admitted the ERROR I made and clarified what it should have said based on the factual information. If that's not enough, then you're simply being a Weasel for the sake of being a WEASEL. This is a growing trend in 2011 AMERICANA, those who spit are applauded, but response to the spitting is scorned. The question regarding the "SHOT FOR" error on my part was legit, but the "You are so full of shit your eyes must be brown." is just some WEASEL jumping on a bandwagon. No basis. No justification. Just spitting to spit. omg... i forgot all about this thread... but not about Dizeman... no one forgets Dizeman

Not to bring the old "photography gear and cost" argument into place, but there are nude models who don't invest jack into their craft. No wardrobe, not even make up. Just shows up, takes off her clothes and charges $XXX+ per hour. Of course they try to never shoot TF, let alone PAY a photographer.

Models tend to just state somewhere "No trade work at this time" rather than posting a giant attention whoring image. THis. even when i had "No trade work at this time" on my profile i still got trade requests *which is fine* but it limited my GWC request by like 90%!!!! the BIg Logo is just Silly.

The banner is very unprofessional. I worked for TF before MM. I would pass this person up totally if I were paying. A smart model should have a good eye for snagging an opportunity for good pictures and a great opportunity to network.... My first two models were from Elite their contracts had just expired and liked my clothing.... They were both taking the modeling money and going back to school..... But my clothing interested them. It was no big deal. The banner is tacky and as a impression not good..... It sort of like your shouting at the mm community....

Trade is trade, but modeling and photography is a business first b4 anything else. You wouldnt walk into a top photography studio and say hey i want a free shoot cuz im pretty. Not all MODELS wanna work for free, and photographers spend as much time working as the model plus they have to edit the pictures

To me it says "I get offered lots ot TF work and now I have baggage". If this is the way they deal with that issue, it tells me alot. If you want paid assignments only, thats perfectly fine. But the sign is very obnoxious and unprofessional IMO. I would no longer care about the port quality and move to the next port. Also, if you have a list of demands at the beginning of the profile, I move on.
