I have a lovely bottle of Havana Club that an employee brought me. Since it's only you and me here, maybe I'll share a little.

Honey, I'm a 12 at least. And very humble about it. It's amazing what being in love will do for you. It gives you that "glow".

The Old Northeast is really the place to be. Snell Isle. Some of Shore Acres. Parts of Crescent Lake.  And a few spots here and there. It really can go street by street. On the other side, Jungle Prada is nice. Your best bet is to drive the area and REALLY get to know it. As I said, it can really go street by street and you REALLY need to know where you're buying. And be careful with the houses. A lot are old and have asbestos and lead paint.

We've been looking at the area and it's taken us a long time to be able to learn just by the street number or name if it's a desirable area or not. And we've learned that Google street view can save you a lot of time when you're looking.

Thanks! Yeah, looking into an area from the internet is a daunting task... I have asked several LOCAL real estate agents, apartment managers and EVEN the local PD and NOBODY wants to recommend anything... They all say to check on the internet, WTF! lol

Thanks again smile

No problem. The bf and I are in love with St. Pete. There's just something about it. Guess it's not everyone's cup of tea, but it has charm. You just have to learn where to look. Feel free to PM me if you want to talk more about it. With more specifics, I might be able to help you narrow things down a bit more.
