She did recognise that it was a scam 'I was excited until I saw that e-mail' she just wasn't sure if the deletion of the account indicated a scam before she received that message via email.

Identical to the auto purchase scams out of Nigeria.  I always tell them to send the check to the person coming to pick up the automobile, and THEY can give ME the cash.  I never hear from them again.

Oh c.mon...really?? there are 10000 reasons why this guy deleted his account.
No it has to be because he was soliciting  porn..maybe even to underage girls....

go read a book preferably about photography

his account may have been deleted for him if he had too many complaints or was soliciting for porn movies. proceed with caution.

In your opinion, Is it suspicious that a photographer emails about a paid shoot and deleted his account soon after with only an email contact?

o.O

Jessica, let me ask your question, since I have seen your posts all over the place lately. Is it possible that all these strange things only happen to you. I mean every post you make is about scams, suspicions worries..... if you are so scared or suspicious or what ever, if you don’t feel comfortable perhaps you might want to look to alternative way of earning your money or expressing your artistic side.
