I can't tell if I hate this or not.
My agency needs more "natural" "lifestyle" and "commercial" looking shots, and that means different stuff here than it does in LA.

My reaction to your portfolio is "WOW". I don't think I can pick out favorites... They're all magnificent! You're lighting is impeccable. You are great at capturing movement of your models. (How did you find such gorgeous girls on this planet?) Your work does them justice. I feel like I could spend hours going through your portfolio and not get bored in the slightest.

I like it! The movement of the dress makes it seem lifelike. You're smile could light up a whole room. You look natural, yet like you just came to earth from the heavens. Not only are you blessed with remarkable genetics, but you also have an air of confidence in your photos and posture that is hard to fake. I say keep the picture!

Wow Thank you so very much !!!  Famous, I hope.  I have had so many tell me to take down my runway photos, but this is what I do so I keep them smile .  Your opinon is very nice and makes me want to get out there and work some more smile

Your avatar is amazing. The movement, outfit, the nonchalant way you have your arms. It is very wistful and artistic. Your outfit is well chosen because it is figure flattering. You've got some great muscles girl! As for the rest of your port, I love how you have runway photos up! Not many models can boast that! You are very talented and it is a privilege to critique your photos because either you are already famous, or you will be famous soon. No joke. You have talent!

Your smile is absolutely radiant! But you are also fantastic at pouting seriously. You are so versatile! That's cool that you have been in Cosmopolitan magazine!!! Your hair is so shiny and long. I don't doubt that every girl in the world envies your lengthy tresses of hair.

This is my favorite. It is sexy and artistic all at the same time, while simultaneously illustrating your flexible capabilities and creativity. Are you a dancer? Please say you are because it would be a waste of talent if you aren't. smile Overall, you possess such utmost beauty that it is no wonder that you are a model. You were born for the spotlight!

Elise Ann,
here is my positive critique of your avatar.

this is the epitome of lily-whiteness( know that is not a word) down to the last detail- white nail polish. well done by all involved. Except for a bit of darkness ( and it's not even completely dark, so doesn't count)  in the far distant corner, there is no hint of shadow  whatsoever in the entire photo (the bear's eye, nose and mouth don't count 'cuz it's dead), except the blackness of the model's eyes which reflects a tar black heart. this elevates the photo to poetic metaphor. the whiteness of the model's skin is complimented by the polar bear hat, fur coat and the background.  BTW, did you kill the polar bear to make a hat out of his/her head and coat out of his/her body ? If you did, kudos. Their habitat is disappearing, anyway.

This is shear brilliance. You took an everyday setting and turned it into art. The arch at the top of the picture frames it quite nicely. It grabbed my attention because it makes me wonder of the endless possibilities of stories it could convey. It reminds me of someone in a crime movie evading the police or an enemy, but doing so in style. You have an eye for photo composition.

Exactly. I am sometimes appalled at what people say in critique forums. They would never have the guts to say that kind of thing to people in person. Saying it in such an impersonal way does not make it okay to say. This picture perfectly embodies what people's reactions can be to such insensitive words.

Your portfolio is wonderful, and I appreciate the kind comment you left on my photo.

Don't ever stop photographing. smile

Please take a look at my work and let me know what speaks to you.

You are a spectacular human being. Your portfolio includes photos of all different kinds of body types. You have proven that every body type is just as worthy and beautiful. Some women feel demeaned when they see nude pictures of female models on MM because they are portrayed in an objectifying manner. You do not do this at all, your portfolio celebrates the different types of beauty, and does so in a tasteful and empowering manner. Your photos are top notch.
