I just need some pointers on what I need to work on... what images are good and not so good. (Having a hard time picking what image to keep out of the 3 yellow outfit ones. Normally I only keep two max of same outfit on model mayhem but having a time choosing what to drop )

Thank you for any helpful tips. smile

You'll have to decide what genre/clientele you are targeting in order to chose wisely here...

my thoughts?
a really strong and compelling headshot might be an excellent addition to your book...
would be best to work with a tenured full team for this...

all the best on your journey...

To answer your question about the three yellow dress images; I think the last one could be removed:

It's the least flattering pose and the light on your face is too harsh. The pink background with phone shot is great.

I love your style. smile

Agreed.

And your avatar image is spectacular. Well done.

I've been a big fan of yours for a long time, and some of these new shots are stunning additions to what you had before ... (here comes the "however"),

... however,
1) your new profile shot has so much beautiful detail in it that's completely lost when used as a tiny avatar, so I'd go with a different shot, like your tightest headshot (near the end of your portfolio ... no slouch shot of you),

2) the second of your two black and whites is a REALLY lovely photo of you, but I have serious trouble of the shot "photographically" ... by which I mean the background structure mashing into the back of your head is (to any photographers' or creative directors' eyes) a glaring and unfortunate flaw ... BUT, I'm sure, a crack photoshopist (my newly coined word) can fix that up and make the photo something very special. I recommend you looking into that.

I could go on, but these are my two most immediate observations.
