Wow. What grabbed me first was the eyes! Great job!

Now while overall it looks a tad bit over photoshopped...in a sense it actually works...kinda like in a goth/ethereal manner...understand?

Not really a fan of the extreme blur towards the outer edges...but like I said the eyes grabbed me!

Too much blurring and sharpening in post it seems, also looks like an amputee

Black background is too black and it looks like somebody let a 12 year old girl loose with Photoshop sad

What's wrong with just taking a decent photo and using Photoshop to remove a few blemishes if necessary? Why the need to destroy it with hideous blur and oversharpening?

The blur is from shooting at f/1.4 and 90mm
I did sharpen the eyes though.

Probably the IR mode 2 from Color Efex, it has that sort of Glamour Shots softness.
