here is another one, from a beginner who is seeking for critiques and advice

Nice work.  Good clean contrasty and smooth face and hair.  Like the overall impact.  Liked the neck being the same color!  Nice face and hair like the color and contrast.  The only thing the model exhibits for me is some widening on the bottom skin of the eye.  You did a good basic retouch...dont know if you want to fiddle around with a liquify tool and make her eyes a bit tighter...not necessary...depends on how "perfect vs natural" you or your critics tend to be.
