I have a person that wants to send me some video, 20 minutes or so. What is the best way to have them do that?  (Free)
They tried Vimeo but couldn't seem to get it to work. Either send direct or upload to internet?

The first question would be what size or quality do you require. That has a lot to do with it.

If it were some raw P2 or Red video, then 20 minute may easily get up to 4-8 Gigs. If you don''t care and just need to view it, then uploading to a transfer site may be fine (up to 1-3 Gig). Google drive gets up to 15 Gig.

Thanks for the replies, they will all be useful in the future.  She was able to send me a 630 M file using Google Drive.

Vimeo is at least as easy to use as YouTube (FYI, no nudity on YouTube, but okay on Vimeo.)

for the upload on vimeo, there is a check box to allow downloading or not. if you don''t check the allow downloads (with resolution option), then the viewer can''t download.
