I am trying to find out about the best city, specially in Europe, to sell in the streets. By "the best" I mean a city where artists are free to sell in the streets or where it is easy to get licence for it...

...in order to be able to sell my hand made photographic prints from large format pinholes cameras. They have about the size of post cards but with a crafted look. And I assume it could be sold to tourists and visual art collectors. They are most images of landscapes, cityscapes and still. I am willing to move anywhere for it.

This is something I have being trying here is Freiburg (Germany) but the guys in cityhall told me they don't give permission for such kind of work but only clothes and food stands in sessional period and holydays only.

So please, let me know if you know the answer.
