I sometimes dont know when something will be considered spam by someone.  So im going to try this out...and if people squak alot...Ill see what lessons I can learn...and Ill erase this post if required.

Im thinking that this reply is relevant to the OP's original question.

I sell a Photoshop Color Pallet Set for Retouching Makeup.  It is a collection of commonly used eye shadow colors, grouped into color families and eye colors, a range of foundation colors, and a collection of lipstick colors.  Each color also comes with a range of tones for that color...so you can use a lighter or darker shade of the same blue for example.

I created it because I was always guessing at what shades I should use...and I was frequently too strong or off color.  These colors can be saturated/desaturated or made more transparent if needed as long as they are used on a separate clear transparent layer in Photoshop.
