Please note: Make-Up Must be visible if image is too far away to easily see the make-up then your image will be DQ (Disqualified).
1. 18+ Images are NOT allowed in this contest.  Please consider 18+ of the Day.

2. You may only enter an image that you were directly involved in creating as makeup artist.(As long as you were involved the creation process you may enter and give credit to the MUA) If the copyright owner requests that an entry be withdrawn from competition, the image and any votes it received will be disqualified.

3. An image that has previously won MUA of the Week cannot be entered or re-entered in this competition.

4. A given individual may enter only one image per week and may vote only once per week. Before and after images are allowed.

5. When voting please use the word VOTE. If you wish, in addition to your vote, you can add a Positive comment about the image you are voting for.

6. DO NOT VOTE FOR YOUR OWN IMAGE. Individuals that participated in the creation of an entry may not vote for that image. These individuals include photographers, models, makeup artists, stylists, and Photoshop wizards. Such votes will be disqualified. If you enter, you are expected to vote. If your image wins and you didn't vote, your entry will be DQ. Early/Late votes will not be counted and will be removed.

7. NO VOTE STACKING!! In all fairness to contestants and others, please don't ask others to vote for your entry. If you have been caught vote stacking, host will verify the abuse then you entry will be removed.

8. IMAGE SUBMISSION BEGINS FOLLOWING THE PREVIOUS CONTEST'S CLOSURESubmission days are Mondays through Friday. From now on there will no longer be a voting banner and members can now vote without waiting for the banner. Voting Starts 9 p.m. PST ending Sunday 9 p.m. PST. Votes will be tallied, winner(s) announced as soon as possible.

9. Ties between two images will result in two winners. In an event of a three-way or greater tie, the winner will be decided by a random/volunteer host.

10. Contest Hosts have the right to enter their own images and vote in the contest.

11. Disqualified Participants will be notified with suspected violation within that days contest. A DQ is for that contest only and does not constitute permanent banishment.

12. The current MUA of the week rules are posted here. By entering an image in the competition you agree to participate by the rules as posted.  Rules may be modified, added, or dropped without notice.
