Ken, that's not quite true. For better or worse, we've been out of what you call lockdown (it never was--and was called shelter in place here) for a long time. I've been doing shoots since June, legally (and safely). Also hair salons are legally allowed to open this week:

Whether a shoot involving makeup, with MUA near an unmasked model for an extended period is a good idea is a different question (my shoots don't involve anyone not in a SIP bubble getting closer than ~12 feet, in highly ventilated space).
