   I wanted to do a Fallen Angel cosplay for a video and working on the budget and wanted to get a skilled MUA that can do the following Make Up: https://youtu.be/q889jb_9QaA
  The MUA would probably have to meet up around 8am and hopefully done in about 2 hours, the actress will be Afro America and project is for video (In case their is a difference). Also will there be a difference in price if the tears was blood and if deposit required what is the least I should put down. This would be a cash deal once the work is done.

Any advice on pricing, time would be a big help, thanks in advance.
