Miss Gee's work is an odd thing to describe. She loves colors, Shapes, Textures and bold BIG expressions
Shes constantly in a state of boredom... wich means that she tends to change her ideas allot... she cant sit still for ten minutes.
Most recently she has been doing band promo work, work for local makeup FX companies, Model portfolios and heaps of events photography. Her main love is people, and the relationships that happen between model and photographer.
The thing that separates Gee from the rest... is that unlike everyone who rants on about a portrait showing who you really are, Gee sticks to the theory that you never find yourself... but you create yourself...
Her studio spaces are much the same. On first walking into them your likely to discover the mess, the disorganized chaos... the lack of lighting and technical equipment... but understand her work is about creating magic where it didn't exist before. And she can assure you... don't be fooled by first impressions.
As a person Miss Gee is shy, quiet, quirky and meek until she warms up to you, but once she gets talking, She doesnt damned well stop.
Shes also a photoshop Whizz... having done a certificate 3 in Multimedia, worked as a Digital Retouch artist and now doing a Batchelor of Visual Arts at the University of South Australia with a major in Photography and a Minor in New Media (digital art)
She also delves into the relms of Digital Drawings, Movies, Animation and all sorts of other fun things. At the moment shes working on stop motion animation projects and puppet making. Fun times.
