About Me

I was born and raised in Jersey, playing sports my whole life. I ended up in Culinary school where i received a Bachelors degree. After school I cooked and managed for a bit, but it didn't seem like what I wanted to do. I had picked up weight lifting in college and I never looked back. I studied and received my ISSA Certified Personal Trainer certificate and began training clients part time. I was eventually talked into bodybuilding, and I have been doing that for the past three years.
