Hi, I am Sebastian Ziegler a professional documentary filmmaker and my work primarly focuses on telling stories about the way people work and how they live.

I am looking for any filming work that is available.

I am also developing my next project, which is about looking behind the scenes into mayhem that is modeling. I am looking to contact models both male and female that are prepared to take part in this project over a longer period of time.

The main theme is to tell the stories of what it means and really takes to be a model, a peak behind the glamour to follow and explore the process of development, successes, failures, struggles and joy of the people in front of the cameras.

The counter point is also to look at how the models fit into the hierarchy of the global fashion empire.

Concurrently I am finishing working on a feature length documentary on life in a small fishing village beneath the arctic circle in Iceland. Our film has been selected as the wildcard entry from Iceland for the Nordisk Panarama film festival, where we will be pitching for additional funding in September. On my website you can see, some mood reels and images of the film in development. I have also made two fashion shorts, one in Sao Paulo Brazil, and the other in Denmark.
