Born and raised in New York, I always felt that it was the city itself that made me into who I am.  It took hold of me then molded and sculpted me into the person I am today.  Giving me a better understanding of people and my surroundings. 
Being able to sample from the mosaic of different cultures and sub-culture did it for me.  Giving me a deeper understanding.
Now is the time where most would tell you how they went to some great photography school or assisted for Annie Lebowitz or David LaChapelle.  Thats not me.  I’ve learned everything on my own.  I've always have been interested in art and found that photography was a perfect medium for me.
It helped me portray the all those wonderful ideas I had in my head but was unable to put down onto paper due to the my drawing inadequacies.
