Airfest 2008
(850) 558-0606
Tallahassee Regional Airport

With aircraft ranging from homebuilts to vintage, from warbirds to the modern military, and exhibits from FedEx, NASA, the Challenger Center and others. And this year, we welcome several vendors with the exciting new Light Sport Aircraft, which promise to expand the ranks of pilots with aircraft that are easier to afford and simpler to learn to fly. But AirFest is about more than just looking! Take to the sky in a classic WWII warbird or enjoy the sights from a Cessna! If you're between the ages of 8 to 17, become a Young Eagle with a free airplane ride, and enter the competition for an Air Academy scholarship.

Oh Hell I wish I did fly, that would be so awesome, the closest thing I have to a warbird is a "34 Chrysler Sedan Rat Rod, 426 HEMI/550bhp...   and I've had it for over 2 years and I am still working on it...
It's not a big shoot, But this the kind of shows that i cover to make money, so for me it is a big thing...

...I shoot the planes for the magazines, and the pin-ups with the planes for my book and maybe for a few of the rock-a-billy magazines...   depends on the story and the look...
