Apparently, serious work has gone into calculating the volume of a breast based on cup size.  Once you know the volume you can calculate the weight, since the density of a breast is about 1.06 grams/cc, or just call it 1 gram/cc or 1 kg/liter.

You make the assumption that weight (force) is on Earth under gravity.  To illustrate: Astronauts in the moon "weigh" less than on Earth.  There MASS is constant.
