The Thursday industry meet & greet isn't just fun, it's an awesome & easy time to hook up with models to plan shoots or just network.
I LOVE that party!

I guess this would be a great spot to tell everyone that I'm getting one of my 50<
Bodies completely refurbished for $350(because of the salt water corrosion I sustained from 2009 through Sept of 2011 when it basicly jammed dead)
Why not...I can then cycle my other 2 50Ds through to get cleaned and tweaked on before they have to be totally refurbed

Dang it, Joey! I'm a middle aged, straight, married woman & sometimes forget the way something like that can sound!
Looks like I won't get to go to the M&G anyway, too damn broke to get early registration this year. yikes(    I'll probably try & find somebody to paint to go to the party & have some fun on my behalf!

Good to see O'Meara making us proud as always

Looks like he shot the Bucs game

But must not have been a great game

Its preseason...no such thing as a good game

Of course if you are a total football nerd like me and really care about how the 4th string center looks and if the back up fg holder does his job correctly

Watching Pre-Season was where I learned Kaepernick could be awesome (as soon as he settled down in the pocket) and Sean Hill wasn't gonna work out.

Tell ya what...I saw a HUGE improvement in reading defenses last night..
Last year he only locked on 1 reciever and pre made up his mind where he went(80% of his passes went between the hash marks)
Saw him while on the move look all over the place and then even check down with touch..

Problem is that now y'all are stuck with Manningham coming back from his ACL as your number1 and a never has been a number 1 but solid number 2 Iin Boldin...

Thanks Carl!  Hard to get a whole lot of action when you get to shoot only 4 minutes, two in the first, two in the fourth.  Sucks to be the photo editor.

Okay, I was bad. Put registration on a Visa card; now just squaring up my model to paint. Found a cutie, just have to iron out details (I hope!).

Guess nobody wanted to pay for VIP. lol

Could make it a neighborhood critique thread. That would probably kill it completely.

Rumor has it Kevorkian has been showing this thread to his patients. Apparently it works better than what he had been using.

is this the place to tell everyone I just had a last second cancellation?

Of course she is a new go to model for me and is reliable and sadly as we (most of us who work for someone and are not self employed)know that there are times bossman drops the "you are staying late" bomb on ya...

oh well..can catch up on the last 2 day's worth of shoots editing wise, will probably get at least 1 if not 2 shoots in this weekend weather depending...

Hey, thought I'd let you all know GW Burns is having a lighting workshop on Aug 31st at his studio in Sarasota.. It's a great price at $195 and half the proceeds are going to the American Cancer Society..

As if the price and helping out a worthy cause, he has 2 awesome models for the workshop..  Ali Sonoma  https://www.modelmayhem.com/192994  and Jeni Summers  https://www.facebook.com/pages/Jeni-Sum … 9024534178

Should be a good time and excellent workshop..
