I used for a while a brand called Crying Tiger... their ramen are thinner, more stringy (which I like), have many different flavors and the whole pack only 200cal, with about 1,000mg sodium less than the Maruchan (700mg for the whole pack).

I had ramen in Japanese restaurants in NY and in restaurants in Japan (Tokyo), where I went to to get tattooed...
