He ASKED you if you were ok with it. It was YOUR choice to say you were ok with it when you were not. In the future do not lie and put yourself in situations where you arent comfortable. Say "NO I'm not comfortable with this" even if it means ending a shoot.

We went to this lake together in his car (which the lake was a few hours away), my suitcase of clothes and all! Nothing was mentioned about it being a nudist lake all the way there. We got to go parking lot of the lake and I grabbed my suitcase of clothes and we started to the lake, when I seen a naked man walking by! I said "WTF!?" and the photographer said "Oh, this is _________ ____________ .", Which by that name I knew was a nudist lake. I figured to stay calm and just model in clothes since I didn't agree to a nude shoot.

Everything was fine when I told him that I was goig to go get dressed for the shoot. When I got done dressing I met up with him at the shoot location to find him NUDE! He said "Are you o.k. with this?". Well, I figured I had no choice but to say "Sure.", since he was my ride and I couldn't walk hours back to my town. Anyway, I felt very uncomfortale during the WHOLE shoot with a "BUTT NAKED" photographer!!!

Are there times a photographer made you feel uncomfortale?, If so does it happen often? How do you handle it?

So you expect an escort to have the backbone to say no that you didnt?

Why didn't you get all the details up front first? How long have you been on this site reading all these threads?

You've got no one the blame but yourself.

btw there's uncomfortable and then there's whatever that was.....

Ha ha. That's funny.

Before you get in a car with someone you obviously know nothing about, you should ask a few questions and check a few references.  And why would you agree to something if you weren't ok with it?

wait what would an escort have helped with here? I don't see how anything would have happened differently

ooooh for your comfort level, ok.

I think you should tell the photographer to come here and tell their side of the story!

Yes there was one photographer that made me feel uncomfortable just this spring...I knew the situation was under control and I chose my actions to cause the least amount of ruffle in his feathers and I never shot with him again. I was surpised that he asked me to shoot with him, especially after he never sent pictures from the first shoot as it was.

It happened only one time in my 20's when I first tried modeling. My agent sent me to a photographer's apartment to do a test shoot and apparently it was going to be a nude test but, they failed to tell me ahead of time so I elected not to do it and left. I also was dropped by the agent too. If only she advised me a little better ahead of time and not left it to the photographer things may have turned out different.

I don't think its wise to just suprise someone with nude expectations at the last minute, photographer or model.

Say no next time.  If this photographer was actually a nudist they would have placed no sexual context on it as you may have.  If you said no they would have simply put them back on, if they gave you a hard time about it then you can be sure they were not a nudist.

Personally I find it odd but I have never met an actual nudist who was anything but friendly and well mannered.  On that note it really is something to be disclosed ahead of time, they like to be nude but they are not morons and know others are not as open.

P.S. never accept a gig for a nudist group as they expect you to be nude as well - just saying

This is somewhat worrisome as well because last time I looked at her portfolio there was a bondage picture in there.

Ma'am, please be careful with who you trust yourself with, okay? Check your references and maybe do bring an llama herder!

What would an escort have done for you? Smacked you in the head and told you to wake up?

You went to a nudist lake to shoot. Do you expect us to believe you had a hood over your head on the drive and couldnt fathom where the road was taking you? You didnt see any signs, you were completely clueless about where you were going? The naked dude walking by didnt set off any alarms, didnt make you want to ask any questions?

You need to ask yourself why this shit is happening to YOU all the time.... the common factor in all the horror stories and problems you have posted here in the past weeks is YOU.

Hell no I have NEVER let anyone put me in a situation like that, I find out where and what I am getting into before I ever leave the house. If by some miracle I found myself in a situation that made me that uncomfortable, I would have said NO, and found a way to a bus stop if necessary. Good Lord.

Let me try a different avenue of thought, from your story not once did you mention feeling threatened by this man nor did you relay that he tried to coerce you to shoot nude.

If the location when you arrived made you feel uncomfortable then you should have spoken up right then and there.

Secondly when the naked man walked by and that made you feel uncomfortable you should.of spoken up right then and there.

When he emerged naked as a jay bird and you felt uncomfortable you should of spoken up right then and there.

Please people we don't need to jump all over her for this.  The mistake was obvious, when someone asks you if you are comfortable with something - speak honestly.

If she got any flak after that its a different story.

When you said to only respond to the questions asked, that kind of ruled me out, being a photographer, BUT, I feel compelled to say this : that EVERYTHING should have been decided BEFORE the shoot, and there should have been NO surprises. That is not to say that it is your fault for the surprises coming up - he shouldn't have given you any surprises either. It shouldn't have happened the way it did ! I think it is a rare situation that could be even more rare with lots of research, and communication before ever booking a shoot. All of this is assuming that your side of the story is the "correct" side.
  Just my opinion.

What an ass. He had a responsibility to let you know you would be shooting around nude people AND that he would be one of them. I'm sure the ride back was awkward.

Well, I disagree. I think the photographer should have said, "Are you comfortable shooting at the nudist lake, and if so, would you be okay with ME being nude while shooting?" He didn't tell her ahead of time that he was planning on being naked, and that's not acceptable in my opinion. I don't see it as any different than a model at a studio shoot who comes out of the changing room and finds the photographer naked. That's not okay unless discussed prior in my book.

The model should have at least googled the name of the lake, especially if she was planning on traveling with the photographer to get there, so she could tell someone where she was going to be. If she had done that, then she would have realized that Lake Apple was the same lake as Lake Nudity. But that still wouldn't excuse the photographer's surprise nudity in my opinion.

Am I the only one here who thinks this story is 100% fiction? Seems like yet another Kelly super-drama "photo shoot". Every other week she's got some insane story like this. Sorry, but I'm not buying one ounce of this story until the photographer posts in here confirming his side of the story.

Mr Photographer: well its somewhere around lake tittycaca.

You: Can you be more specific please?

Mr Photographer: Yeah well I'm thinking about the boat launch at the south end.

You: Ok, give me a few moments to Google the location....(a few moments pass)
