if this person paid me yes, I'm not saying it to insult anyone just going off of the work i have in my port and the direction i want to take it, so if a photographer wants to shoot with me and i see his work isn't up my standard or it will harm my port more then help it and i don't plan on using it in my port then i will charge. if the photographer is really bad i usually wont even waste my time cause they tend to be really unprofessional.
the only time i do TF is if the photographer's work will compliment my port or better it, haha i hope that doesn't sound cocky or anything it just makes sense to explain why i say only if this person pays, i like to be considerate of other feelings, specially when it comes to someones dreams.
so all in all yes i would work with the person above but only if paid reason being that i couldn't use it in my port.
I do like the work tho =]
