Uhm, I really love Amy, and hoped she would TFP with me but I am looking forward to the new companion.

I liked them too, but no companion can stay forever. I was really dissapointed at the way they were 'killed' off. Every week the Doctor gets out of trickier situations, this time, they just give up? Weak. I would have finished the Ponds in the first 5 minutes of that episode so we could have had a proper NYC episode.

It's usually shown here on the 25th or 26th December and I don't think you'll see it before then. This year's is called The Snowman.

Yay one of our MM representatives from England!  Were you anywhere near The Battle of Canary Wharf?  Did you make it out ok?

I'm old enough to have been at the Battle of Hastings.

I deliberately deferred watching it until yesterday, I wanted to be able to watch it without distraction. I regret watching the last 10 minutes, weak ending to an episode that, until that time, showed promise of getting back on track after some weak episodes in the last series.
