Strobe vs. continous
and p.s ill let you into a little secret ( my aviator ) is proof that models can stay still for longer than 1/1000th of a second (flash duration).. 0.8 of a second to be exact who would of thought Jan 05 13 08:14 am Link Jan 05 13 08:22 am Link For me, the big win of continuous is that I can easily eyeball how things will turn out, and don't have to think about it or tweak and chimp. It's less THINKING and more CREATING. Anything that helps me draw on the right side of my brain rather than my left is a Good Thing. Continuous lights are one of those things.
