I found an image that I just adore and don't want to lose track of it or the photographer.  I've never made a list and I'm not sure what the purpose is.  Can I name it anything I want?  What if it's a duplication of a list that already exists?  Will it just be my list or can others add to it?  Thanks,

Yes, name it whatever you like.  There can be many with the same name.  Maybe call it Frontier's Inspiration or Frontier's Shots to Try.  Only you can add to it.  Ours is female models with cameras: https://www.modelmayhem.com/list/113838

That is exactly what Lists are for, to keep your inspiration all in one place! It is yours and yours alone, so no one else can add anything. And it can be named anything you want - duplicate list names exist, but it doesn't matter. It won't affect yours. Prepare to be addicted - I've got a few lists already, and I have to constantly resist the urge to make more! ^_^
