This can go, you have the broken neck syndrome a little head tilt goes a long way
Hips too square to camera
Pulling the dress away from the body will make your hips larger appearing then they truly are

Next time move right elbow away from your body this will show your form better

For an avatar a good color headshot, with out excessive Photoshop would be recommended

Nice work. I like this as your avatar: https://photos.modelmayhem.com/photos/130104/09/50e7179058946_m.jpg it's a clean, professional shot... I would click it to check out your profile.

Another suggestion - In many of the poses you appear to be very linear (upright position). Perhaps try some more varied poses (somewhat bending).

But just one worthless opinion.   smile

yep, dan's right, this should be your avatar.

click through your photos and pay special attention to your lips. in a lot of the photos they're slightly open. try some photos where your mouth is closed.

I do like this images as well, But I would say drop your shoulder more and the images would flow better. With the shoulder pushed up in out it makes you look tense.

About that profile picture. The first thing I look at is the elbow and am still looking at it.
For an avatar, I would use

...in that image, you look unique and different from the typical avatar generally seen and would re-size nicely and contrast well..
As for which ones to get rid of:

That image looks very distorted and appears to me, to make your expression distorted and strained.

You have a great image there and see if you could get the edit that does not have your forehead cropped out...looks painful to the eyes, as I am admiring your skin and then suddenly...GONE!!!

Your other work is generally good. I would just pay care with the cropping, especially where your head ends at the very edge of the photo. It's a hard call to make (where to crop) but think of the overall composition of the photo and how you will compliment it.
