on a freezing morning !  Bitching !

Then pretend you are too manly to cry like a girl.

Now, I have lost use of my "up yours" finger. Time to be polite.

Try having a locker door slammed on your finger and losing the top joint. Nice clean break, surprisingly small amount of blood lost, but the surgeon said it wouldn't attache well and I'd lose the nail anyway. Gloves just don't fit right anymore.

Stop your complainin'. I have a rotator cuff tear; my life is just going to suck for the next 8-9 months now, and that's that.

Well, lay in bed all day, get someone to bring you meals, watch TV, and use it as an excuse to get massages (with a joyful ending)

I learned those rules several decades ago. Fingers are optional, manly parts are not.

I have to go to work with it, pretend it doesn't hurt, even though demonstrating rear delt rows tonight for a TRX class hurt so bad my eyes were tearing up, and I live alone and am single --- so, yeah, no one to bring me shit.

My cat brought me a dirty sock last night and laid it on the other empty pillow. I try to be grateful for the little things.

Been there done that. Didn't hurt till after I warmed up. Had to get stitches. Oh this all because door would not stay shut. If I would have listen to my mom and warm the car up this would have not happen.

It could have been worse, but damn that really hurts.

Just be glad it wasn't your dick or something.

OUCH!

Years ago I was getting into a car, sitting on my then boyfriends lap and had my hand up on the corner of the roof for support. He didn't notice and slammed the door, crunching all four fingers between the door and the car...

It took a second for me to realize what happened and I yelled for him to open the door and my fingers swelled like sausages. I couldn't bend them for a week. It was my dominate hand too x_x

There was a model who once posted a photo of her broken finger with the pin coming out of her fingertip.

BTDT - it has a remarkable way for focusing your concentration on that one finger. smile

When I was in school - I was riding in the back of a pickup truck - had one hand in the open door window and the other in the split rear window.

Got in in a hurry - put my hand in the door - and THEN it got closed -  . . . . wow......

So, Since we were out in the boonies and we needed to get out of there - I rode the next section with my injured hand hooked in the back window and my good hand in the opposite door window.

And then the guy in the truck rolled the window up sad as we went down the road  sad  And since it would not close properly - (duh) he really started bearing down trying to force the window shut. lol

THAT day was just poetry

I have not one, but two clean socks and would happily deliver them to your pillow for some love and attention. tongue
