That would suggest the possibility of more of a meat pillow chest than one would find with a 20 something model. Take a guy who might have a case of PBR in him. Worn out from a long day of abusing and taking for granted his woman. And it is not outside the realm of possibility for said breasts to be used not unlike a pillow to suffocate the man.
