SALT FIRST!

Cropped the top of her head off. Shot is not up to par with the rest.

https://www.modelmayhem.com/portfolio/p … 6#10765429
Boring shot. Lighting could be better. Her boots blend in too much with the floor.

Now for the weenie.

Overall your port is actually pretty good, especially the beach work. I'd be a moron if I passed up your beach work for any other style, because it really is your strong suit there.

This shot isn't up to par. The background and model dont seem to match, and the angle bugs me. But otherwise really good work.

You asked for salt.

https://www.modelmayhem.com/portfolio/pic/28879761 (18+)
This picture needs to go. The shot is not flattering to you, the crop sucks, the mirror wasn't cleaned. You have no expression. GAHHH! Emotion. And mirror shots suck anyway usually.

https://photos.modelmayhem.com/photos/1 … b56ce5.jpg (18+)
The pose is very awkward.

https://www.modelmayhem.com/portfolio/pic/19553156 (18+)
why post a picture where you're only like 7% of the shot? NO.

For a sprinkle of weenie, since there's a lot of salt here, you do have some shots with better poses, but work with some good photographers and emote in your face.

You have some amazing shots that stand out, and a lot of variety, which is good.

Love these shots:

Bad:

Not digging the eye retouching of this shot. Whites are too bright. Detail in iris and eyelashes is missing.

Also I'd cull some of the images with less feedback from your port. I think it'd make it very strong if you did.

Alright, Weenie hut it is.

Overall your port is very strong. I see good consistent lighting, good crops, good angles.  It definitely shows you have a strong talent for this. I believe you could do well in multiple genres. You could do fashion or art nudes, or switch to a sole classy glamour, and be successful.

I can't say too much in the ways of bad, but delete these two shots:
https://www.modelmayhem.com/portfolio/pic/30139540 (18+)
Because it just isn't as strong and seems a port filler.
https://photos.modelmayhem.com/photos/1 … aa45f2.jpg
I remember someone else mentioning the nose being washed out. I agree with it.

Thank you Samantha smile
Very kind of you to say so and yes, I am looking to strengthen my portfolio through eliminating the weaker ones.
These may be a good start.

Wishing you a quick and smooth recovery.

Please take a look at my port and go whichever direction you feel is best. (I'd probably lean towards weenie hut, but if it's salty spitoon, then so be it).

Good: I definitely see creativity there, and the lighting isn't bad. You're off to a good start, and I see some good depth and emotion with shots.

This shot is very lovely, and is your best.

Bad: I'd tone down the photoshop. Less of the hipster effects and messing with colors, and more just mastering the basics.

I love these two shots:

Bad: I see two expressions. Smiling. And blank face. I think with such expressive eyes and with your look, you could go much farther then you have. I want to see some strong emotive shots, and I think it can really show your versatility.

Glad you like it!
NOW FOR THE SALT.

https://www.modelmayhem.com/portfolio/pic/31163169
WHY is this shot here? It doesn't show you well at all. I see half a set of a lips, a chin, an eye bag, and some hair. Your port needs to show your face! (which is gorgeous by the way)

https://www.modelmayhem.com/portfolio/pic/30999333
Same with this shot. Never put shots lower then what you have in your port.

New rule for you lady. If your new work does not beat this shot below, do not use it:
https://www.modelmayhem.com/portfolio/pic/21912817

This is your best shot and it's stunning. I want your goal to be to make it your worst in your port. Because I like your look, and you can do this level and better.

All the empty space in this shot definitely bothers me. It feels like there should've been something at the top of the photo. A swooping hawk? A gigantic T rex dipping into the shot? Something, anything really.

https://www.modelmayhem.com/portfolio/pic/31431606
Maybe this is in, but this lighting makes the model look very sickly, and I think it takes away from the shot.

And I liked your old avatar better then the one you have currently, because the new one also has too much space over the models head.

The good:
You have very pretty eyes, gorgeous hair, and a really pretty smile.

What you need to work on:
It looks like you are going for a glamour look. I think you need to work on posing. When modeling with lingerie, don't turn your upper half to the side so much. Turn it toward the camera. Relax the shoulders. And make your poses more elegant. Kick out the hips a little, and bring the hands to a more natural position. You look very nervous I'd say, but there's no need to be, since you're lovely.

http://stylecrave.frsucrave.netdna-cdn. … l_msp1.jpg
Do more shots like this. I'd find a make up artist, curl the hair all sexy, and be confident, because you have a lot to be confident about. Good luck smile
