The sun was going down, light was fading fast. In a rare moment, out came the 580ex II for a little camera mounted flash. Please forgive me. I love this shot, especially since it's with a non-model I had been trying to work with for months. Keeper? Or am I clouded by my love of redheads and the first one I'd shot in 15 years? Feb 12 13 11:47 am Link Clouded. But there are worse clouds to be under. I don't think that image enhances your portfolio but the model is gorgeous. Maybe there are others. Feb 12 13 11:57 am Link I love it. Shoot for what you like and hope enough people share your good taste. So what's the secret to shooting with her? She'll be flattered to hear of more interest. :^) Feb 12 13 01:56 pm Link Don't blow it. I might be in Denver some day. In all seriousness, I think she'd have plenty of interest and could make a few bucks on the side modeling - she's stunning. Feb 12 13 02:30 pm Link lovely girl, but I am not fond of the photo. I think your judgement is clouded here. Feb 12 13 03:09 pm Link OmnyRa wrote: Model: Excellent Feb 13 13 08:36 am Link Clouded. I agree model is gorgeous, but I also agree that particular image does neither of you justice Feb 18 13 05:28 pm Link Not a keeper... You caught an attractive young lady in a non-conventional situation, but the image just seems a bit too 'snap shot'. Maybe from a different angle - or a different expression - or something, but this time the 'magic' just ain't there. Just my opinion. PS: after looking at the image again, I think the thing that 'bothers' me the most is her left arm. It just seems sorta contorted. Feb 21 13 12:55 am Link |
