https://www.modelmayhem.com/portfolio/pic/32455093 The image was done in camera. Done in post: the vignette, the glow from the kerosene lamp and cleaning up some details. Apr 27 13 07:02 pm Link the ghost part feels slightly underexposed to me personally. Maybe bump exposure in post slightly and dodge/burn a little to bring out highlights. As far as the post work additions, just say no to the vignetting... it comes off as distracting/amateurish honestly. The original image might have more weight to it if you are working in camera to begin with. good luck Apr 27 13 07:18 pm Link Thanks for the feedback. The railing in the lower right hand corner was distracting, wanted to get rid of it, so the vignette was my solution, I'll have another crack at that some other way...cropping it out made the image way too "tall" my taste. Also to add more to the gostly body you could have use some clown white paste to make the body a lil more dead looking. Any way just my 2 cents. Apr 27 13 08:20 pm Link I like it! I like it the way it is. You captured the right feeling, and made your transparency right in the right places. Apr 27 13 08:36 pm Link I like the overall concept and execution of the image The skin looks too alive, needs less pink Apr 28 13 10:10 am Link I like it but agree with Lee that she needs a little less color.
