NHL Playoffs, 2013 Edition
The NHL Playoffs start tonight. Who do y'all want? Personally, I'm pulling for my Boston Bruins to go deep. May 01 13 06:00 pm Link I am sure that you will be happy that Toronto will win as many playoff games this year as they won last year. Boston playoff trivia: who passed the puck to Bobby Orr? May 01 13 06:22 pm Link not that shit again. :sigh: and we don't have a team. Imagine if we do. May 01 13 06:24 pm Link scrymettet wrote: Winnipeg got a team back. I really hope that QC is next! May 01 13 06:26 pm Link Stephen Dawson wrote: I don't May 01 13 06:27 pm Link Who chokes in the first or second round? Penises or Blaksuks? May 01 13 07:23 pm Link Still early but Roberto Luongo (of Vancouver) isn't looking like his usual Glass Joe self. May 01 13 08:30 pm Link Farenell Photography wrote: Say what? Must be talking about that Oilers game? Yes, that last game he looked bad. I'm a Sharks fan ... Luongo is a huge dude, but the Sharks have his number too ... so far. As I write this, it's 1-3 Sharks so far. May 01 13 10:00 pm Link Go Pens! Go Bruins! Go Hawks! Go Caps! There, hopefully one of my teams will win it this year, but I probably just jinxed them all... May the hockey gods be good to me this year. May 01 13 10:16 pm Link Patrick Walberg wrote: Good win for your Sharks May 01 13 10:19 pm Link Patrick Walberg wrote: Boy, that turned around in a hurry. May 02 13 03:59 am Link Patrick Walberg wrote: Kinda like the Rangers from 1977 through 1994,when they finally won it May 02 13 05:17 am Link Farenell Photography wrote: Yes,I was impressed that the Sharks came back from behind. He used to be a Shark killer, but Luongo does not look like his old self against the Sharks. I bet Vancouver can't get Schneider back in the net fast enough! The Sharks will take this series. May 02 13 12:32 pm Link Not catching much of the games (time difference FAIL), but going into the post-season it seems most people are seeing a Hawks/Pens final, purely based on their end-of-season form. But, this is the playoffs and someone will mess that up somewhere. It all depends who stays injury-free, who plays big between the pipes and who is CONSISTENT. One thing is for sure - it's great to see the likes of the Wild and the Leafs there. Even if i'm rooting for Pens or Rangers ps if you think a Stanley is eluding your team, over here the Nottingham Panthers had to wait 57 YEARS before winning the Elite League championship. They won just about everything else but finally got the league monkey off their back this year. Unless they play my Bruins but that's just cause I'm a Bruins fan. May 02 13 07:46 pm Link scrymettet wrote: ERR? The Nordiques are gonzo??? Oh, I think I heard that from someone a year or three back.......... May 02 13 09:23 pm Link Cherrystone wrote: I like the Penguins and Blackhawks so I hope neither. May 02 13 09:26 pm Link I was close to jumping off a bridge tonight but..... May 02 13 10:41 pm Link Cool Hand Mike wrote: If they both choke, I couldn't be more delighted. May 02 13 10:42 pm Link Cherrystone wrote: How many years have you had this picture? I don't mind, she is cute ... but you bring out the same damn picture every season! Has it helped your Red Wings win the cup yet? Or did you shoot that after '08? May 03 13 12:24 am Link Cherrystone wrote: Congrats to your Red Wings as they evened the score with a victory last night. May 03 13 03:28 pm Link What the hell happened with the Pens? Or for that matter the Islanders? I go on break from my day job & catch the end of the first & 5 minutes into the 2nd, & they're up 3-1. Come home to find out the Islanders won 4-3. May 03 13 08:11 pm Link Farenell Photography wrote: What happened to the Canucks? Even though the Sharks were not firing on all cylinders tonight, they still found a way to win! The Sharks rarely lose in their own building this season, so we "might" be looking at a sweep. Get those brooms out! May 03 13 11:18 pm Link Patrick Walberg wrote: 11-12 yrs ago, so yeah. May 03 13 11:25 pm Link Lets go Rangers. May 04 13 06:12 am Link Adam J Caldwell wrote: You must be bummed today. May 04 13 05:30 pm Link What a great second goal by the Ducks! May 04 13 06:45 pm Link HABS!!!!!!!!!!!! Not that I think they will go far but they should get past Ottawa reasonably easily. May 04 13 06:46 pm Link Go BLUES!!!! May 04 13 07:24 pm Link Robert Mossack wrote: May 04 13 07:24 pm Link Crap! I just heard my Bruins lost tonight. May 04 13 08:13 pm Link Cherrystone wrote: Maybe this season is the one! May 04 13 08:15 pm Link Go Leafs Go! May 05 13 04:51 am Link Kelli wrote: Hey, not only did they make the playoffs, but they actually won a game. How much progress do you expect? May 05 13 09:27 am Link Cherrystone wrote: Did you jump after last night? OMG they were brutal. I rarely get to watch them down here in Indiana, and I finally can and they stink it up AT HOME!!! May 05 13 02:42 pm Link Cherrystone wrote: How about them minnows! Um Sharks! Go Sharks! They might not even have to go through your Red Wings for the cup? May 05 13 04:02 pm Link The Vancouver offense is so nonexistent it should be put on a milk carton. May 05 13 08:21 pm Link Cherrystone wrote: Well if they stall out before playing the big game for the Cup, it's possible ... but for the moment, I don't think that's going to happen.
