God, she's lucky they were so nice to her. I would have had her kicked out in a heartbeat. Those poor customers too, they didn't want anything to do with her. What a vile woman, what on earth was she thinking? She had to be on something, it just isn't possible for someone to get so worked up about something so trivial is it? Wow. If it had been an oil company executive she took her wrath out on, I might feel differently. Fast food workers are routinely underpaid, overworked, and do it with a smile, and take an incredible amount of abuse. A friend of mine worked at McDonalds for a few weeks. She quit when a customer threw her French fries at her because they weren't hot enough.
