The current photo essays are called She Just Wanted to Be Shot.  It is about subjects who are not typical models and creating profiles for them, I think you would work very well for this.

Sure.
The whole point of the project is to photograph people who like being photographed and collaborating.  I get that sense from your images.

My only real advice is find more of a voice in your portfolio.

Personally for me, no.  The reason is because I am not a glamour photographer and that is the genre I see you working best for.
