Probably the one you're already using, actually. It grabs your attention the most out of everything in your portfolio at a thumbnail size. I don't see if as the strongest in your portfolio overall, but it works best as an avi I think.

I normally prefer more colorful shots for an avatar but I really like this one. Which is why I listed it. I'd try different crops to focus more on the model. Very pretty.
