We're going to have to limit shipping this year to no more than 20 names.

Therefore, the first 20 people to PM me their name and shipping address will receive goodies. This year is slated to be caramels.

...and.... GO.

Beer Bread

1 beer
2 cups self rising flour
3 spoons sugar (or 4 spoons honey)
Tablespoons make it a little sweeter Teaspoons a little more savory.

Mix everything together. Pour into small 8-10 inch well seasoned cast iron skillet. Bake @350 until it just begins to pull away from the sides - about 40 min should do it at sea level but times will vary based on your oven and altitude. Will taste like whatever beer you use so use one you like. Very dark or very light beers don't work so well. I like Killians Red.

Enjoy!

You need to be more specific. Are we talking a 12-oz ISB, a bomber, or what?

THis is quite the list to be on. I have gotten snickerdoodles before, they are pretty epic.

Last year things got a little hosed up when my wife's father died, so it all went out for Valentine's Day instead of Christmas.

But it was epic, too:

I think this is a great thing you and your wife are doing. I have been avoiding sweets lately so I will let someone else have my spot smile

May as well get in on it.  I work on the north side of Scottsdale (Next to the airport).  Perhaps I can stop on by after work or something.

I guess a lot fewer people hang out in SF2 these days. Last year, we were full up in just a couple of days.

Oh wow, I need baked goods to make me feel better. My eye surgery yesterday has me looking like someone took a bat to my eye. No modeling until 2014.

Good luck with that test batch!
