Me! wink
Why because they show you unconditional Love
They need you
They grow and you get to see it and be there first hand
They fall and persist to learn regardless and that in itself is so encouraging
You get to see the same things you once did all over again with different eyes because there learning everything for the first time.

I have never known so much Love for someone until I was a mom.

Yeah, we had some really tough times now and then, but I wouldn't trade my girls for the world. They have both grown up to be fine young women that I am very proud of. To put that in perspective, my grand-kids are almost your age. lol

My biggest fear is having a girl. I have a son now and I just learned that he knows how to text...and spell words correctly. He's so polite too but man he's bugging me asking me for video games lol.

If I have a girl, my fiance might just kill over right then and there. Ugh, please let me have another boy if I decide to have another child.

Currently trying to conceive.

I had a pregnancy scare earlier this month. I was 8 days late, something that never ever happened to me. The most I was ever late was 2-3 days. 8? No way.

Lol don't worry she'll be a better shot than him probably. She'll be a little badass by the age of 10 lol.

He taught me how to defend myself with basic military combat and thinking about taking me to the gun range once he gets the guns he really want. But he's afraid of me so he might hold off on teaching ME how to shoot lol.

Yeah. My husband was so excited about potentially being a dad. I did 3 tests on day +3, +4, and +6. All came back negative. We were hoping that the tests were not sensitive enough/my HCG levels were too low or something... 2 days after the last test, cramps from hell and blood. Awesome.

We just need to get back to 'work'. tongue And what's great is that I get ovulation pains, so I know when it happens. Though I thought my cycle was back to normal... Ugh, such a mess. I hate being a woman at times. lol

Quit trying and it'll happen. smile That's how I got this baby in mah belly. The entire time  I was trying to get pregnant, the stress of not getting pregnant messed my cycle up just as bad as getting off birth control after so many years. But the moment I decided I no longer wanted a baby, I conceived.

Life roll.

I am 51 and 200lbs and I am still my mother little boy.
Except when she speaks about her great great children

Being a mother is hard.  Some days I do NOT love being *A* mother, but I always love being The Rachel's mother.  She will be 22, this coming Thursday, and she is living her own life.  All I can say is that I hope she remembers even just a few of the things I've tried to teach her over the years.
