Looks like the Snow back east will keep me here for a few more days. My business/work is all done. What should I do?

Ski. Lots of snow this season.

Go the art museum, natural history museum/zoo/IMAX.

Catch a Nuggets or Avalanche game.

See a show at the Denver Center for the Performing Arts.

Shop downtown on the 16th Street mall with the free shuttle. Snag a meal and beer along in there or in LoDo.

Rent a car and go to Rocky Mountain National Park, or up to Mount Evans, or Genessee, or down to Colorado Springs with Garden of the Gods or Pikes Peak and do some nature photography.

Beer.

I hear Colorado has some amazing beverages.

My work decided not to open today because it's supposed to be real shitty this afternoon, so I got a snow day. The road didn't look bad, so I figured I'd go to the gym before the snow accumulated. It's that icy-slushy messy snow though, the type you slide around on. Not fluffy, crunchy typical New England snow, so I got about 3 miles down the road, and was like ... yeeeeeah....no... and went back home.

Good places, but just be warned. Traffic will be horrendous going back and forth on I-70 due to the ski season. If you do want to get up to a ski town, I'd recommend Breckenridge. Great skiing, and it's a charming town with nice shops and galleries.

And yes, Colorado does have great craft beer. My own favorites: Breckenridge in, well, Breckenridge. Left Hand in Longmont. New Belgium in Fort Collins. If you want to stay in Denver, you might try Wynkoop downtown and see what grade of beers our current governor, Hickenlooper, got started.

Go to the Crown Pub in Fort Collins. Drink lots of Guinness and quit worrying.

Gonna be sloppy for a bit in places, too, as all this stuff melts down. Glad you're enjoying yourself.
