I paid $6 for the premium one month membership so i could upload up to 75 photos, it charged my card and everything. Yet it will only allow me to upload 15!!! WTF i'm really mad can someone explain why this happend???

haven't been able to upload in several days and I know its not on my end, WHATS UP?  Also tried logging out and back in, didn't work!  Just to confirm it wasn't on my end, tried to up load a pic I already uploaded, the bar to start the upload is there and when clicked it just sits there.  There is obviously a major issue here.  Can someone from MM give us some feed back so we know what's going on?
