My name is Greg. I am a DP/Photographer and proprietor of a photo/video studio in Greenwood, BK, an up-and-coming arts district on the south side of Park Slope.

I am looking for a new person to share the studio with starting August 1st. My partner, who I established and built the studio with a little over 2 years ago, is moving. He will still be loosely associated with the studio, but no longer an active participant.

Rent for the share is $1000/month.

Quick overview:
2 block from express D/N trains at 36th st/4th Ave stop – both trains only make one stop in BK before hitting the city – very fast.
The studio is the entire 3rd floor and part of the second floor of the building.
No, it unfortunately doe not have an elevator, but this has not proven to be much of an issue.

1000 sq. ft. main interior space
1000 sq. ft. raw roof with private access
750 sq. ft. custom built deck out the back door of the 3rd floor
Dedicated hair, m/u, wardrobe room on the second floor

Strobe and Hot light packages

iMac (for tethered shooting) and iPad

I am at the studio most days with my dog, Ginger, as it is my office. I sometimes do music nights on the deck with singer/songwriters or other performers, and hourly/day rentals to other photographers from time to time.

Looking for someone in the industry who will be a good fit – laid back, flexible, into creative arts. I built the place myself to make a creative, inviting, and comfortable space.
Everyone that comes for the first time says two things.
One, “Wow.”
Two, “Can I live here?”
I say, “thank you and no.”
