I have 22 bags, 5 ounces each to mail to clients....yea I know kindof random, lol. Does the post office have flat rate or should I buy my own envelope mailers and take them and get them weighed? Hoping no more than a couple dollars each.

The cheapest flat-rate package is $5.60.  A lumpy envelope weighing 6oz total is $2.86.

I don't even know if I'm allowed to talk about it here. There's a hint.

Sorry, my recall is a little slow.  Must be all the special gummy bears (and lolly pops and brownies and rice crispy treats) I've eaten.

I also don't bother much with euphemisms any more.

In the summer? Better put them in self-refrigerated packages, or people will get bags of goo instead of gummy bears.

Maybe he should have a courier deliver them in a Igloo cooler like they do with human organs.

I do want to know what 22 clients want with 5oz bags of gummy bears if they're not special.

I'm going to make a wild guess and say that there's a marketing message accompanying it with a humorous tie-in to the g. bears.

Go to your local craft store and buy some little cardboard boxes.  They'll be cheap.  Mail them as "first class parcels".  They cost the same to mail as lumpy envelopes, and they're classier.

PS while you're there, get some cool tape or stickers for sealing the boxes.

That's how the annual Holiday Goodies mailing is usually done.

Everybody is special in there own special way, even with or without sugar. Now, ketchup could make a bear special.

I'm guessing if you could find something like this at an office supply you'd be golden

http://www.uline.com/BL_1654/Self-Seal-White-Stay-Flats

Tough enough to protect them but light enough to mail and keep it around $3 per. I'm not sure what the weight threshold is but it will jump from first class to priority if you aren't careful.

If I were to ship 5 ounces of Gummy bears to you I would only send green ones.

I have never once in my 24.5 years consumed, inhaled or otherwise ingested anything "special." Trufax.

Not according to the TSA.

Of course, according to the blue-gloved knuckle-dragger squad a cupcake in a jar is also a liquid. wink

Creme makeup that is thicker than peanut butter is also a liquid to the TSA. Like I'm really going to blow up a plane with a tub of Clown White.

I was given a sticker to put on my car from Germany by a friend who brought it back for me.

Translated it said "Free the gummi bears, throw away the bag."

In German street language it meant "Free your penis, take off the condom."

Is that what you are referring to?

Hey, I did it without Googling - true story. Plus, it's funny.

I just Googled and found the sugarless gummy bears and vodka infused gummy bears. No other "special" gummy bears.

So, cryptic cult "knowledge" about gummy bears? Important enough to facepalm over? Inquiring minds need to know!!
