For some reason, the character/dude who manages the electrical shop, and does repairs on broken things, seems like someone I'd end up dating and then regret later.

I can see myself really liking that guy because he's funny in this sarcastic, misanthropic way, but then within six months realizing he's just too miserable, and self-hating, to stand being around very much longer. Sort of like most of the people I find myself attracted to. I like their sardonic, self-deprecating wit, then figure out eventually that they genuinely hate themselves and everything else, while I only find it funny and don't actually hate anything.

oh, you can make a religion out of anything. People are fucking crazy.

I was potentially going to get laid later tonight. My maybe FWB lost a stand-up comedy gig and now is in too bad of a mood to fuck.

Imagine that.

People are just...crazy.

Then she won't get any after Thanksgiving sex because:
...
While families are eating turkey ..... plumbers patiently wait for calls. On average, each plumber receives about 50 calls relating to problems after the holiday!

... common plumbing problem after Turkey Day is clogged toilets..... people poop too much on Black Friday

It's not so much that "people poop too much," but that you've got entire extended families pooping in the same house because they were too Garfaleptic to drive home, and slept on the couch.
