3. The couple takes one child and leaves the one with Down Syndrome behind, in Thailand, where the deal was hatched.

4. The baby was left to the surrogate mother who cannot raise him as she is living in poverty.

5. Police from both countries are investigating.

I wonder if this woman just had A baby and she doesn't want it.

Living in poverty?  then she should have charged a LOT more for being a surrogate.
