Yes... Which is why I have Mini Studio on my loft and I also work at Studio I have full access to. But I'd love to have and will have my own full studio and for what I do I do need  it.

I definitely do. I shoot nudes, and the privacy and light is best in my own place. When away I have been lucky enough to have been offered a similar space, nothing is better than having everything on hand such as HMI, 10+ heads, many different modifiers, multiple high speed power packs.
As you ask professional, it is in the interest of repeatability, and assurance to produce the planned pictures, much easier in your own studio, where you need not worry in advance if you've packed or ordered all the goodies to produce the planned pix.
