both a mood of "what was this model thinking about the person she was looking at". I want to know if her pose/expression and the lighting combine to create such feel to this image.

Although I like the overall look and feel to this image, the area around her eyes is too dark as opposed to her chest which is significantly more lit.  If it were me, I would focus more on her eyes and light them really well to make them the main focus.

I was thinking " WHERE are those eyes"... is that what you intended?
If so " YOU NAILED IT!"

If you're trying to make a statement about her eyes - then you might want to at the very least, get them in focus.

Unfortunately, I don't see anything in this expression.  It's a look.  But it's not very complex.  I suppose I could read all sorts of things into it, but with the sparse lighting, and the odd wardrobe with the blatant nudity, I have to assume it's all about sex.

Many times, a story can be told just from the eyes of an expression.  But I don't think that this is one of those times.

focus needs to be "in camera",adding sharpness in post still misses the punch.I'd re-shoot this one!
