Battering Nude Mods for Frying: What's Delicious?
EDIT: I should spell check my subject line before posting. I was trying to post about battering and frying models, not battering and frying mods.  For something like a mushroom, I think fritter batter works out. Many vegetables, and even leaves such as basil leaves, do well with a nice tempura batter. But I think models are more hearty than mushrooms, leaves, and vegetables. In fact, they are kind of meaty. I think all the meat is how they keep their skeleton from collapsing. For meat, I usually dredge in flour, then egg, then panko. I assume for an entire model, I'd need an ostrich egg rather than a tiny little chicken egg.
